The admission test will assess the competency level of the candidate in the following subjects

Mathematics and Statistics	50%	Objective type questions on differential calculus - derivatives of simple uni/multi-variate functions, Taylor's series, integral calculus - indefinite and definite integrals of simple integrands, solving simple ordinary differential equations, linear algebra, permutations and combinations, probability and probability distribution, basic statistics and estimation theory.
Programming	50%	Objective and subjective type questions. The candidate can choose to answer the test in any programming language of his/her choice

The objective type questions will carry negative marks for wrong answers. Unanswered questioned will not be scored.

The evaluation of the admission test will be based on the aggregate score of the candidate in both the subjects and will be percentile based.

Application Fee

To apply for the Admission Test an application fee of INR 500 is payable. Payment is accepted in the form of Cheque/DD in favor of "INDIAN INSTITUTE OF QUANTITATIVE FINANCE PVT.
